Great location and breakfast. You have to call for housekeeping service, otherwise they won’t come to clean the room by themselves. They definitely need more trollies in a busy hotel like this one. Good experience overall.

It took 3 room before I got i in first on heating room 2 dirty bathroom third ok I had to go back down after reporting it i had back down each time no phone answer she said she call with the last key i ask if you was on the floor why you don't knock she said I know you coming down

Reception did not wish to honour the 訂房網站 prepaid booking and insisted I pay again. Arriving late at night, the last thing I needed was a 30 minute argument, exhausted. They refused to give me an internet connexion so that I coiuld call 訂房網站. They kept repeating that they hadn't received my credit card. I told them no travel agent sends the hotel the customer's credit card details. Then, once I was able to gain access to the room, late at night, the hall was filled with noisy children running up and down the hall - exactly the same thing happened when I booked this hotel a year ago. Nearly $500 for a 2 night stay and this place does not come up to the standards of a "Motel 6".

We book this hotel last minute. Considering the area the price was a good deal or so we thought. The room was small and the bed was a cheap mattress that you'd expect to find in a cheap motel. The shower was clogged, again, something you'd expect from a cheap motel, not a Hilton!
